June 21 Topic: The "Cookie Jar" Power

The “Cookie Jar Power” – Slay the mythical monster of income tax problems with trusts.  In the past, trust beneficiaries often had to balance growing their Trust assets with paying the higher trust income tax rates.  But what if the beneficiary doesn’t need the income?  What if they want to keep the trust growth in the trust for its protections, but not have to pay the super high trust income tax rates?  Come learn how inherited trust beneficiaries can now grow their inherited trust, retain the protections of the irrevocable trust, and not be subject to the high trust income tax rates.

Holiday Meet & Greet (Client and Family Event)

Holiday Meet & Greet

Cain & Cain will host a Holiday Meet & Greet for our clients and Planning Partners to bring friends, family and others interested in planning their own estates.  Attendees will meet the attorneys, team members and other clients.  They will have the opportunity to ask questions about the estate planning process in an informal setting while enjoying holiday finger foods, non-alcoholic punch or wine at our office.

We are borrowing this idea from our National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys colleague in Cleveland, Ohio.  He said it was a big hit with his clients and allowed prospective clients to “test the water” before scheduling an initial meeting with an attorney.  Call, email or register online to let us know how many people you will bringing!  Thank you in advance.  As you’ve heard us say, “We get our best clients, from our best clients!
