Tamara Cain, attorney with Cain, Cain & Janik, Estate Planners for Life™, recently served as a presenter at the 77th Semi-Annual Collegium of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, held March 10–13, 2026, in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
The Collegium brings together estate planning attorneys from across the United States to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends, and advance best practices in estate and trust planning.
During her presentation, Cain addressed the importance of families thoughtfully transferring wealth to the next generation while recognizing the distinction between material wealth and non-material wealth—the stories, traditions, and values that shape a family’s legacy.
